The ATB-300® shrink-free modified vinyl ester resin lining, paint and coatings range defends against highly concentrated acids, alkalis and solvents, withstand extreme temperatures as well as offer the highest mechanical and thermal shock resistance – all without cracking or crazing.
The ATB-300® range has been used in some of the most demanding environments on earth and is well suited to aggressive chemical plants or food processing zones right through to manufacturing or industrial production facilities.
These systems represent the ultimate in internal and external corrosion protection coatings and have been formulated to meet all environmental legislation surrounding heavy-duty protective coatings.

Vinyl-Ester Resin Linings Systems:
ATB-300® GL
ATB-300® GL is a hand or spray applied, shrink free, vinyl ester resin based, glass fibre reinforced lining system with outstanding chemical and mechanical resistance.
ATB-300® GL is also a fast curing system with excellent thermal resistance of up to 145°C, it is also UV resistant and both hygienic and easy to clean. ATB-300® GL is used for the protection of concrete and metal structures subject to continuous or occasional exposure to heavy duty chemical, thermal and mechanical attack.
ATB-300® Honeycomb C
ATB-300® Honeycomb C is an insulating, extruded polypropylene honeycombed board with conductive polyester nonwoven fabric faces to be used in conjunction with ATB-300® GL vinyl ester resin lining.
Used for isolation from concrete and masonry structures prior to the application of a glass fibre reinforced lining system, ATB-300® Honeycomb C provides resistance to continuous or occasional exposure from heavy duty chemical, thermal and mechanical attack.
ATB-300® Honeycomb C requires no surface preparation, offers leak detection and drainage benefits as well as providing a low electrically resistant surface (spark testing) which is tolerant to damp or wet conditions.

ATB-300® H-05
ATB-300® H-05 is a horizontal trowel applied shrink free, vinyl ester resin based screed system (approx. 5mm) with excellent chemical, thermal and mechanical resistance.
Applied to concrete floors and bunds, ATB-300® H-05 is a fast curing system which minimises downtime and protects against aggressive chemicals, solvents and thermal attack (up to 160°C) in medium duty areas.
ATB-300® H-10
ATB-300® H-10 is a horizontal trowel applied, shrink free, vinyl ester resin based screed system (approx. 10mm) with outstanding chemical and mechanical resistance.
Applied to concrete floors and bunds, ATB-300® H-10 is a fast curing system which minimises downtime and protects against aggressive chemicals, solvents and thermal attack (up to 185°C) in medium to heavy duty areas.
ATB-300® H-15
ATB-300® H-15 is a horizontal trowel applied, shrink free, vinyl ester resin based screed system (approx. 15mm) with outstanding chemical and mechanical resistance.
Applied to concrete floors and bunds, ATB-300® H-15 is a fast curing system which minimises downtime and protects against aggressive, solvents and thermal attack (up to 185°C) in heavy duty areas.
ATB-300® V-05
ATB-300® V-05 is a vertically trowel applied shrink free, vinyl ester resin based render system (approx. 5mm thick) with excellent chemical, mechanical and abrasion resistance.
Applied to concrete walls, kerb, equipment bases, trenches and drains, ATB-300® V-05 is a fast curing system which minimises downtime and protects against aggressive chemicals, solvents and thermal attack (up to 160°C) in medium duty areas.
Antistatic Vinyl-Ester Resin Systems:
ATB-300® ESD RC
ATB-300® ESD RC is an antistatic roller coat, shrink-free, vinyl ester, resin based coating with excellent chemical and mechanical resistance.
The fast curing system is UV resistant and antistatic to the BS 2050 standards with excellent thermal resistance up to 145°C. Applied to concrete floors, kerbs, equipment bases, trenches and drains, ATB-300® ESD RC protects against aggressive chemicals, solvents and heavy duty mechanical attack.
