Light Duty Floor Seal Coatings
Flowseal UV (0.1mm)
Flowseal UV is a high performance resin flooring system used to service workspaces exposed to UV rays by providing the level best in chemical resistant and UV protective floor coatings.
Available in clear or a range of Flowcrete standard colours, the seal coat delivers a hard wearing, abrasion resistant and low maintenance finish which can be applied to concrete, screeds or epoxy resin systems.
Flowseal EPW (0.12mm)
Flowseal EPW is a decorative and colourful resin flooring solution used in various commercial and industrial applications to deliver the level best in chemical resistant and protective floor coatings.
Flowseal EPW is cost effective, easy to clean, available with Polygiene®, an antimicrobial additive and can even be applied to damp substrates. The pigmented satin finish is a water based hygienic floor sealer suitable for use in food process areas, kitchens, light industrial areas, store rooms and areas of pedestrian and light traffic.
Flowcoat OP (0.2–0.25mm)
Flowcoat OP is a hardwearing and solvent free, epoxy resin flooring solution used to service various manufacturing workspaces by delivering the level best in protective and chemical resistant floor coatings.
The low maintenance, seamless and hygienic finish is aesthetically attractive and also available with Polygiene®, an antimicrobial additive. Designed to create a uniform “Orange Peel” surface texture, Flowcoat OP may be used as a hard wearing protective floor coating in areas such as factories, warehouses, plant and storerooms where a combination of chemical resistance, durability and improved slip resistance may be required.
Flowcoat HS (0.2–0.25mm)
Flowcoat HS is a durable epoxy resin flooring system used to service a number of the manufacturing industries by delivering the level best in seamless protective and chemical resistant floor coatings.
Used as a hard wearing coloured floor coating in areas where high levels of chemical resistance are particularly important, such as factories and warehouses, Flowcoat HS is low maintenance and delivers an abrasion resistant and durable finish.

Flowcoat SK (0.35-3mm)
Flowcoat SK is a high performance resin flooring solution used to service the aviation and aerospace industries owing to its impressive resistance to Skydrol aviation fluid.
Available as a smooth or slip-resistant finish, Flowcoat SK provides a seamless and hygienic finish which is typically used in aircraft hangars, aircraft parking areas and workshops.
Flowcoat SK is a solvent free, high build, epoxy resin based coating and is reaching new heights in providing the level best in protective and chemical resistant floor coatings.
Flowcoat SF41 (0.35-3mm)
Flowcoat SF41 is a high performance and solvent free high-build epoxy resin flooring system used to service a number of industrial environments by providing the level best in seamless, hygienic, chemical resistant and protective floor coatings.
Flowcoat SF41 may be used as a hard wearing coloured floor coating in areas such as factories, warehouses, storerooms, plant rooms, light production and process areas; in addition, various grades of slip resistance may be achieved by inclusion of graded quartz aggregates.
Flowcoat LXP (0.35mm)
Flowcoat LXP is a flexible and solvent-free polyurethane resin floor coating that can be used in conjunction with a wide-variety of substrates including concrete, wood, metal and asphalt in both industrial and institutional areas.
Flowcoat LXP offers excellent resilience to severe chemical attack and provides an easily-cleaned and sterile flooring surface available in a variety of eye-catching colours.

Flowshield LXP (1.5mm)
Flowshield LXP is a unique self-levelling floor system, created from a flexible polyurethane technology, which has been innovatively designed to meet all the requirements of an industrial workspace including excellent scratch, impact and chemical resistance.
For use over asphalt, wood, steel and concrete, Flowshield LXP is ideal for process, manufacturing, packaging and warehousing environments subjected to heavy foot and pallet truck traffic as well as where a degree of flexing of the floor is expected.
Flowshield SL (2-3mm)
Flowshield SL is a seamless epoxy self-levelling floor coating that delivers a hygienic smooth resin finish. The high gloss, self-smoothing finish is durable, aesthetically pleasing and available in an antimicrobial grade (Flowfresh) as well as a highly chemical resistant grade.
Flowshield SL is ideally suited to dry processing areas such as laboratories, clean room environments or warehousing, storage areas in pharmaceutical, electronic, aerospace, automotive and printing plants.
Flowshield Quartz (2-3mm)
Flowshield Quartz is a seamless epoxy self-levelling floor coating with a decorative speckled finish, delivering a colourful floor surface to both industrial and commercial environments.

Flowcrete MF (3 or 4mm)
Flowcrete MF is a self-levelling polyurethane flooring system used to create a durable surface in a number of industrial environments. Both easy to clean and sterilise due to minimal joints, Flowcrete MF delivers a high resistance to abrasion and a fast return to service.
An attractive smooth matt coloured floor finish delivers excellent chemical resistance, durability and strength, making Flowcrete MF ideal for dry or semi-wet processing zones such as food packaging zones.
Medium to Heavy Duty, Trowel-applied, Resin Flooring
Peran STB (3mm-5mm) or (2mm-4mm)
Peran STB is a striking floor finish that sees coloured quartz granules locked into a clear epoxy matrix to deliver a durable and attractive surface made for virtually and environment. Peran STB offers a seamless and hygienic finish which can be installed rapidly to reduce down time and also provides excellent wear and impact resistance.
The hard wearing, decorative anti slip floor topping is available in a matt or gloss finish and is ideal for use in kitchens and wet and dry process areas where the floor is subject to frequent foot, roller wheeled, heavy traffic, impact and chemical spills.
Flowtex PT (4-6mm)
Flowtex PT is a power-trowelled, chemical resistant and hard wearing resin based floor finish that offers excellent impact resistance and can be used to minimise undulation on the surface of the floor. .
The material may be used as a heavy duty, underlayment for a variety of chemical resistant and hard-wearing floor toppings in both wet and dry industrial conditions and institutional floors subject to high traffic, impact and chemical spills.
