Flowcrete Australia offer the following Isocrete Floor Screed formulations:
Isocrete K-Screed, Heavy Duty Isocrete K-Screed and Isocrete Fast K-Screed
Isocrete K-Screed is a semi-dry cementitious screed incorporating proprietary additives to produce an early drying, high strength screed.
Standard Isocrete K-Screed and Heavy Duty Isocrete K-Screed may be laid bonded, un-bonded or floating (for weight saving and thermal or sound insulation).
Isocrete K-Screed can be machine applied using the Isocrete K-Master machine to take the strain off floor screeders.
Isocrete Fast K-Screed allows for the early installation of final floor coverings.
Isopol SBR
Isopol SBR is a styrene butadiene (SBR) polymer latex screed additive and bonding agent, which is Used To produce polymer modified wearing screeds for heavy duty & industrial flooring and for rapid drying levelling screeds (minimum 10 mm thickness) to receive various types of floor finishes.
Isocrete Self Level Plus
Isocrete Self Level Plus is a fast drying pump applied cement-based underlayment, for easy levelling of concrete floors before the installation of thin floor coverings. e.g. vinyl and carpets.
The system is suitable for floors in office buildings, shops, public buildings, schools, hospitals, airports and prisons, where it is laid at 2 – 4mm.
Please note, this is system should not be used in conjunction with hard floor coverings such as resin.
Isocrete 1500
Isocrete 1500 is a fast drying, hand or pump applied (4–20mm) cement-based underlayment, for easy levelling of concrete floors before the installation of floor coverings including vinyl, carpets, ceramic tiles, wood block linoleum or cork.
For pumped application, at least 8mm average thickness would be a typical expectation on a reasonably level base.
The system is used where fast-track refurbishment or speedy new build construction is required.
The system may also be used as a screed to receive an epoxy resin finish in areas taking light traffic.
Isocrete PP Fibres
Isocrete
PP Fibres are High performance crimped monofilament 12 mm long
polypropylene fibres, which are commonly used to improve the durability
of cementitious screeds and toppings by inhibiting the formation of
small cracks, which occur because of plastic shrinkage and settlement
due to premature drying.
Durability is further enhanced due to
increased residual strength, resulting in improved abrasion, impact and
spalling resistance.
Isocrete PP Fibres are intended for use in
the Isocrete products K-Screed, Fast-K, Screedfast, Isogran, Isopol SBR
and other polymer modified cementitious screeds and toppings.
Please note that Isocrete PP Fibres cannot be used as a replacement for structural steel.
